Rules, terms, conditions, and policies!

Thank you for considering me. Please take note of my policies below.

New client Policy

After an appointment has been made and I have never done a service on your before I do require you to pay a deposit fee of $20 prior to your appointment locked. The deposit is nonrefundable. This will be added to your service when you are at your appointment. If you do not pay the deposit within 24 hours the appointment will be removed. Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice(for any other than covid. You will not get an appointment until after 14 days after being tested positive), there will be an inconvenience fee of 25% will be added to your next appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment there will be a 50% inconvenience fee. If you no show, (not show up to your appointment at all without contacting me.) there will be a fee of 100%  will be added to your next appointment.
*Please note this must be paid within your next appointment time.

Late Policy

​I completely understand that life does happen, but my time is very important. If you are going to be no more than 10 min. late Please call me! (702)635-6522 but if you are more than 15 min. late I have the right to deny you and your appointment for the day. I do have a 3 strike you're out a policy but if I feel another artist will be better for you I will cut ties and not rebook you. Sorry if this happens to you, but this is my career.

Service adjustment Policy

My main focus is the happiness of you and your services if you have any issues 2 days after your service please let me know. I will do my best to serve you and fix the issue. I do not offer monetary refunds, and if I feel it wasn't a product issue there may be an additional charge.

*Please note if I work on someone else's work there is no integrity guarantee. I prefer you to come bare-nailed and will be sharing a removal fee if I have to remove a product from someone else.

Covid government conditions

Please cancel if you have a worry you have covid or are positive. This is to protect me, you, and anyone else I may come in contact with. I will require a negative test before I see you again. Thankfully at-home tests are now available ! Please note this isn't a punishment. This is to keep me and all of you guys I love safe and from exposing you and your family to covid. Masks are requested when it is a government mandate. This is for the protection of my business and the laws that are in place. Let's do what we need to end this spread quickly.

*Please note I do not express my public beliefs or covid beliefs, but I will be following government-issued laws that are issued.
